My assignment for my online health class this week was to research the internet for valid and reliable information on any health topic we wanted. I use an online weight loss site called SparkPeople.com and they usually have a lot of helpful articles available at any given time so I decided to start there. I lucked out. The first article I opened up caught my interest enough I wanted to share.
Who knew simple "I" statements could make a difference. I am going to put this article to the test this week and we'll see how I fare. :)
